Refund Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all payments made for services provided by Crib Index (“Crib Index,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing any paid feature, subscription, or listing service, you agree to this policy.
1. General Policy
All payments made to Crib Index are subject to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. Certain fees are non-refundable as outlined below.
2. Non-Refundable Portion
Fifty percent (50%) of all fees paid for subscriptions, listings, promotional features, or other paid services are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
This non-refundable portion covers administrative costs, onboarding, listing activation, and platform access.
3. Eligible Refunds
The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the fee may be eligible for a pro-rata refund based on:
- The length of time the service was active;
- The extent of service usage;
- Whether promotional benefits have already been delivered;
- Any costs already incurred by Crib Index in providing the service.
Refund eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Crib Index.
4. Cancellation Requests
Users may request cancellation of paid services at any time by submitting a written request via:

The request must include:
- Full name
- Account email address
- Reason for cancellation
Cancellation becomes effective once confirmed in writing by Crib Index.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 to 4 weeks from the date of written confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
Crib Index is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or third-party financial institutions.
6. No Refund Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted where:
- The service period has fully expired;
- The listing has been successfully completed or fulfilled;
- The account was suspended or terminated due to violation of the Terms of Use;
- Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
7. Chargebacks
Users agree to contact Crib Index first before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery action for associated fees.
8. Modifications
We may modify, amend, or replace these policy at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will include at least 30 days’ notice prior to taking effect.
Continued use of the Services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.
